Karen worked as a PA/EA in some of the UK’s largest Financial Service organisations (including Standard Life & Aegon) before moving on to a Senior Business Analyst role within RBS.

She has an extensive knowledge of all things admin and is a very successful business women herself, running her own virtual assistant business, Karen Ritchie VA Ltd. Karen ensures that all cogs keep turning and no stone is left unturned! She works seamlessly behind the scenes and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and try something new.

Karen is very passionate about her business and is a very bubbly, energetic and friendly person who will always welcome you with a smile. Her business mantra is stress less, achieve more and this is exactly what she wants for her clients.
