When you register with C&C through our website we may use your information to respond to your request directly or send emails with further information related to your request.

How does C&C protect your information?

Data Protection
Any data provided to C&C by their clients is governed by a contract between C&C and the client and data is only used in the way described in the agreement. We work in accordance with the GDPR guidelines, May 25, 2018 and control of the data ultimately remans with the client.
We use and control data for the purposes necessary of administering client contracts, for marketing and promotional activity under legitimate interest and consent and provide an opt out option at any time. Finally, where required we will seek consent to process client data where it relates to providing our clients with full and robust advice on their fundraising activities. For example, when either reviewing donor data belonging to our client or meeting their donors in one to one interviews and taking notes on these conversations.
Your Rights
You have a number of rights in respect of your data
· You can withdraw consent, without prejudice, if we are processing data without your explicit consent
· You can request at any time a copy of any data we hold about you.
· You have the right to complain about the way in which we process your data.
