With over thirty years’ experience in higher education, healthcare, and not-for-profit sector, in both the US and Canada, Mary offers her clients a wealth of skills and experience.

She is an accomplished senior level fundraiser and at the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, Mary recently led a campaign which achieved $19.2million against a goal of $12million. She raised funds to establish the school’s first endowed chair, create 22 new scholarships, and close a lead gift of $10million for the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services.

With additional experience in management and institutional development, Mary also works with leadership teams to deliver strategic realignment, governance and board development projects. Mary has worked with a number of donors, including Nancy’s Very Own Foundation, to provide strategic guidance on their giving and maximising their impact.
